I was referring to the ball being good for sex, but I have noticed that Yoga makes sex better too. If only for the added stamina and flexibility.

I love boxing. I took it for about 5 months before I left for basic, I want to get that started again.

I love Matial Arts, it is relaxing in a sense, or at least the way my teacher teaches us. We must be at one with ourselves.
