You can be funny at times, but you are also the reason that i occasionally stop debating here. I actually feel ashamed for resorting to your level and calling you an uninformed ignorant. But there is only so much harrassment that a man can take.

Oh Dear i sympathise. I too attempted to sort things out peacefully with alias.

I'm afraid though that you will find your good intentions and best efforts going to waste.

Oh bullshit. Just because you spout your lies about mohammed and get challenged on them with the facts does not make me bigoted, etc, etc. If you can't back up your rhetoric with the facts, be a man and admit it instead of playing the victim.

I realize this episode is over but I can not refrain from dropping 2 cents into the thread. Advising you, a new member, that an 'ignore' button exists is not an attempt to control you. It is an attempt to point you in a direction that might make you enjoy the board more -- ignoring the posts of people that make your experience less pleasant.

He has the choice to ignore a poster that starts a complaint thread that is about him? The complaint got the attention of management and I will presume management contacted Alias about the matter. How do you figure he'd have the choice to ignore you and how do you figure it is OK to advise him to do the same thing you just rejected doing?

But for some reason, you took the fact that I pointed out his choice as advice as to what his choice should be.

It was not.

As to ignore buttons, I was not aware of such a thing, but if I am going to be on a forum at all, I am not going to start pushing buttons, before someone pushes mine! LOL

I find that if you ignore someone, you stand no chance at all of finding unity and becoming friends.

I only came here to make friends online, not to prove a point on any particular topic.

But I also find it a healthy way to either solidify my own beliefs or modify them.

I have a very incomplete grasp of alot of issues about life at all. I like to read what others think and be vulnerable enough to write what I think, and subject it to respectful criticism or affirmation.

Life is hard. It is harder, I believe, if we go through it with blinders on.

To me, in a way, that is what an ignore button would do.
