I doubt it would be much of an issue. But alot would also depend on the track record of the first person that posted on the site...So if they've been proven in the past to have created false accounts, then even an account being claimed as 'family using the same computer' would become suspect because of the other individual's predisposition to commit internet fraud or bad site behavior in interaction with other members.

I use 'peeps' occassionally, but it's rare and usually used when I'm generalizing in a playful mood. I try not to use it often, as it's chatroom speak, not true talk.
