Exactly... basically we will do whatever we must to make the community as functional and comfortable as possible for the majority of members. We want to keep our QUALITY membership. People like Jaaa stick with us for a long period of time because they know we try. We are not perfect, we are only human, but we try. This is a debate site, so there will be disaggreement and some discomfort, but what we are seeking is value added content, with a minimum of harassment and nonsense. I think most of our serious members understand that.
