As far as the New Testament, yes. I believe Christians live in the new covenent Jesus made with God. He said the Law was dead, but there are lots of good stories in the old testament that are good examples and historically I believe the bible is very accurate as to places, events, and such.

Besides, even most Jews don't believe that everything in the Old Testament is historically accurate. It's more of a guide for living given to us by God, in the most Orthdox sense. | |

We have a winner! The reason I posted that was to show how unintelligent it is to look at a limited set of facts and make general statements of the whole group. The list of nobel prize winners is no more evidence that Jews are more intelligent than Muslims than saying the amount of liberals in college is evidence that liberals are more intelligent.

In some cases, but the muslim world has much less power and influence in the world than the western world. But none of that has to do with intelligence.
