Beer is the choice beverage of menopausal women, for how loaded it is in estrogen.

Probably good for male prostate health too.

But bad for people with celiac disease.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

I hate to prolong this, but maybe Matt Frazier would rather visit a place that specializes in treatments of that nature. 'Nuff said.

With all respect, I don't believe our newest member ought to be called my his initials... if you get what I mean.

Which brings me to the funniest thing today, when I had to take my fifteen year old son to the doctor since he has pneumonia...paging through a magazine in the waiting room, I saw this, and wonder if it is any good.

Most of it is a racket, especially colon cleansing.

Always the best way to stay healthy is to eat healthy and stay active. That is the only universal truth in health, no matter what. However, the American consumerist way is to eat like shit and sit on the couch all day, and when they wonder why their health fails them they don't do the obvious but instead take pills for everything from being fat to your 'restless leg'. That only prolongs the inevitable and may actually make you fall harder when you do come down.
"If you want to achieve peace of mind and happiness, then have faith; if you want to be a disciple of truth, then search" -- Friedrich Nietzsche
