Health in a Bottle
I wonder how many of us who post here want to disclose whether or not we take vitamins and other supplements, detox, and approach our health from a holistic foundation.

I hope I can make a poll here.

Can't argue with that. I should have a pint tomorrow.

Ever noticed how quickly threads can go completely off track?

Even from the second post.

I have a bottle of vitamins, but I never open it... I don't know why.

Some mornings I'll take it, but for the most part I rarely take vitamins. I'll try moving the bottle next to toothbrush haha

Speaking of toothbrushes, though I do not practice this sage bit of advice myself, it is reported that one ought to store their toothbrushes in their bedroom or kitchen or any room other than the bathroom.

It is reported that fecalforms can deposit on anything within 8 ft. of the toilet.

Ewwww!

Which is why my toothbrush is inside a cabinet with a nice solid door.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

Is a colonic the same as an enema? If so, I have them before in the hospital, but not on a regular basis.
