If a person is able to forgive then that's great for them, if not, then that's great too. I think that if the love is deep enough and the trust can be re-established, then more power to them for staying. I wouldn't judge them in either case, unless I felt the person was endangering themselves by staying. |

It's his life and we shouldn't think that much less of him for something like that. Ask yourself, If you were involved in a sex scandal yourself, would you think it was such a bad thing? That's his personal life and it doesn't reflect what he does in office.

The microscope on people's past and present is making any kind of public life almost unbearable. Look at the drug abuse and general dysfunction among the Hollywood elite.

If a spouse can forgive a cheating spouse, that's great. If not, then why would you want them to stay together and be miserable? It just seems like common sense to me. And I'm not sure if I think there is universal morals or not. I know that many claim to be moral, and then we see how quickly they are shown to be liars. | |
