Unfortunately, in this country, you have to give people the benefit of the doubt. Nazis could have a convention next to my house, and talk about killing Jews or whatever, and it'd be perfectly legal unless they actually did it.

The same goes for NAMBLA. They can get together and talk about doing horrible, horrible things to little boys, and it's perfectly legal unless they actually DO any of those things, and there's evidence.

Okay, now we have if officially from Dylan that members of NAMBLA have never had any contact with underage boys because Dylan says so.

I do not believe they are correct in wishing to legalize sex with young boys. However, there are many people I could say the same thing about.

It really makes my blood boil when someone is so racist he wants to kill people of difference races. I think such a person is scum. But that person has the freedom to hold and express his own beliefs, so long as he doesn't hurt anyone else.

I think people who don't like gay people are horrible, but again they should be free to hold and express their own beliefs so long as they don't hurt anyone else.

I think you can see where I'm going with this. A person must have the freedom to express his own beliefs, or else we are not free. So long as a person doesn't make someone else's life worse, that person should not be punished.

Not at all. You're twisting what was said. I never mentioned anything about them searching for young boys to molest. That falls compeltely under what I said they should be arrested for. They can stomp their feet, whine, and cry that they should be allowed to molest boys all they want. Who cares? What matters is whether or not they actually ATTEMPT to molest boys. If they are being watched, and it looks like a dude is going to start luring a boy in, by all means go after him. Let them say whatever the hell they want, it doesn't matter. WATCH them so you can PREVENT them from committing any crimes in the first place. Being part of NAMBLA is no more a crime than being a KKK member. What is a crime is trying to act upon those views.

How does anyone know if a NAMBLA member accesses some little boy on the internet? How?
