Oh c'mon. You young twerps have learned a lot from me. I say "twerps" affectionately. I am not here to "reach a better understanding". I understand perfectly. I think it is YOU who could use a better understanding. I am polite and respectful unless someone starts calling me ignorant or stupid. Name calling gets it right back. Other than that, I think I have something to say. If you don't like what I say, then ignore me. I do think you are very intelligent, just a little misguided. I see you're from California. Hopefully, someday you will get over that.

I don't even know what your area is, but I suppose it is Oregon or Washington. Everyone I know that has moved from California to Oregon or Washington sites lower costs of living or to live in Portland or Seattle.

I don't know who started what and it is not attacking others that is the problem. It is attacking a person and ignoring arguments. We are all adults here, and I think that we can all take a jab, especially when we are debating. But it is not productive when those jokes replace argumentation.

Cost of living is higher out here because more people want to live out here. It drives up the housing market and every other market.
