It's a CONSTITUTIONAL issue Alias.
The constitution prevents the government from showing favoritism to groups that discriminate in violation of the 14th amendment.



And the question remains why aren't the Boy Scouts adopting that philosophy?

d) The city IS NOT discriminating against the Boy Scouts in giving them free rent. The truth is that the city would have been discriminating AGAINST OTHER GROUPS in giving the Boy Scouts free rent, but NOT free rent to the other groups. This is ending preferential treatment of the Boy Scouts. NOT discrimination against the Boy Scouts.

Can you address ANY of those four points without just blindly contradicting with no argument behind your denial?
