And I'm going to keep repeating this until you answer it.
The last time, I said next time I wouldn't respond to anything you say in this thread UNTIL you answer it, just like you insisted I answer the question you asked me which I HAD ALREADY ANSWERED...

I've asked you this question before, but you were too cowardly to address it.
HOW is denying the Boy Scouts free rent an example of "forcing" the Boy Scouts to do something?

I know you do not answer it because you know the answer shoots holes DIRECTLY in your claims of "force" and "bowing to my agenda". Can't handle the tough one can you.

What was the answer to my question?

HOW is denying the Boy Scouts free rent an example of "forcing" the Boy Scouts to do something?
Show me the answer...
Everyone else gets free rent, so to exclude the Boy Scouts is discrimination. The fact the you will not take the oat of the Boy Scouts is not them discriminating against you homosexuals. That is your decision. Get it? Think about it. The Boy scouts have the right to requirements to join. You are the one CHOOSING not to take the oath. No one is denying you the right to take the oath. You made that decision, not the Boy Scouts. It's very simple to me.

WHO ELSE gets free rent?

Give me examples of people / groups who do get free rent for that location.

And can you point me to WHERE you supposedly gave this answer before?
Or were you just point-blank LYING when you claimed you had given it before.
Go ahead and ignore this question if you want to acknowledge that you were LYING...

You have NO FRICKEN CLUE, do you???
You had NO IDEA that the Scouts were getting free rent in the first place, and now you're just ASSUMING that others do because the scouts were...

You just DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING about this case, and instead of actually FINDING OUT, you blindly believe whatever's convenient.

Asked and answered.
MY TAX DOLLARS help to go to upkeep the area that the scouts are using for free, but the Boy Scouts EXPLICITLY FORBID homosexuals from being a part of the boy scouts.
It's a violation of the 14th amendment.

This has all been explained to you before, but like I said earlier, you didn't have any real response for it the last time you were refuted either...

It's not an issue of "not liking the idea".
It's UNCONSTITUTIONAL to show preferential treatment for a PRIVATE group which DISCRIMINATES in a way that would be illegal for the government.
It's a CONSTITUTIONAL issue.

As I suspected, you were just lying about your claim of answering it earlier.

"Berkeley operates a program for community-oriented nonprofit organizations that allows them free use of the Berkeley Marina. However, Berkeley prohibits the Berkeley Sea Scouts from participating in this program, because the Sea Scouts are affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America and Berkeley officials hold ideological objections to the values and membership policies of the Boy Scouts of America. Berkeley has never identified a single exclusionary act by the Sea Scouts; it is barring them from the program for nonprofits solely because of their ties with the Boy Scouts."

50 years of free use along with others and now just because some fudge packers don't like the Boy Scouts Oath and wont take it in the first place, they want to punish them because they say they are being descriminated against. What a crock of shit foundit. You admitted you wouldn't take the oath so there is no descrimination.

If it helps, I was a member of the boy scouts when I stopped believing that God exists. I wanted to remain a scout, but I was afraid the boy scouts would find out, so I simply quit the scouts the next year.

I was a kid, then. If you ask me today, of course I would not take the oath. Why should I take an oath which goes against my values in order to join a group which doesn't want me in the first place? Asking me to take the scout oath and join the scouts would be similar to asking a black man to take the oath of the KKK and to join the KKK (though far less extreme, of course). The point is that just because the black man doesn't want to join the KKK doesn't mean the KKK doesn't discriminate. The same goes for the Boy Scouts: the boy scouts certainly do discriminate. And if there is somewhere a group which only gay people can join, that group discriminates. And if there is a group which only atheists can join, then that group discriminates too. So I don't mean to say the Boy Scouts are evil or anything, but they do discriminate for sure. Discrimination isn't even always a bad thing.

But our government shouldn't discriminate. If it's going to give free access to a marina, it should give that access out as equally as possible. I'd really prefer that every single organization get the same access and that no organization gets special, free use of it. But if they are going to choose an organization to get free use of the marina, they should choose an organization which allows everybody in so that everybody has equal access to this special privledge.
