It says CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW. There is no law making a state religion if someone puts up a religious symbol. People did it for years in this country until your communist ACLU buddies found a few liberal airhead judges who don't know shit from Shinola. You want your freedom, yet you deny people their freedom for no reason. Does that make you a hypocrite just like me? Yep.

Do you comprehend that it is LEGISLATION that is passed which funds our schools? I.E., LAW.

You can't say "congress shall make no law", and then have congress pass legislation funding EXACTLY what the constitution says they cannot do.

The fact that you can't tell the GLARING difference is understandable, and stupid.

NO religion can put a religious symbol up for religious purposes on governmental land. None.
On the flip side, you want HETEROSEXUALS to have this right and that, while forbidding it to gays.

The "just like me" aspect would be if I wanted Jews or Muslims to have the right to put up religious symbols, but then forbid it to Christians.
THAT would be analogous.

I am nothing like you.

How many times do I have to tell you that the Supreme Court building's display has a secular purpose...
A multi-cultural display of law.

Alias, I've looked at photos of the Supreme Court building. The tablets I think you refer to only have Roman numerals on them. Or did you mean something else?

Yes. Those are the ten commandments. There is a also a scripture at the top of the Washington monument and a bible buried in the cornerstone.

My reasoning has always been consistent.

Find me ANY place where I have stated that the United State Supreme Court ten commandments are up for "historical" reasons.
You can't...

I have CONSISTENTLY explained that they are up there because it is a SECULAR demonstration of multi-cultural law.

Your brain just gets too addled to keep up with the FACTS of the situation, so you claim this "liberal" said that and this "democrat" is saying that, regardless of what they ACTUALLY say.
In a few posts, you'll go back to claiming the Supreme Court ten commandments is about "history", even though I just keep explaining to you it's about SECULAR PURPOSE.

Why don't you make the presidents who take their oath of office with their hand on the bible stop doing it. That is clearly a violation of your "separation of church and state".
