What kind of moral message are we sending?

A hypocritical one. Which is EXACTLY how most of the world views Americans.
it is not in any way hypocritical.
Please, explain how it is not...
Because they are not in anyway related, things that are hypocritical tend to be related.

Last time I checked... The Muslims weren't the ones making laws in this country, or forcing their views down everyones throats on a daily basis.
The last time i checked I didnt say that they were. Im just sayin that there is also a high influence from muslims elsewhere in the world.

What does that have to do with anything? We are talking about American Radio & T.V. ... In America... By Americans... For Americans... where the rules are made by... {NOT MUSLIMS WHO INFLUENCE OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD!}

What are you talking about? I read this paper earlier this year that said everything in the world boils down to two things: love and hate. Now I don't necessarily subscribe to this philosophy, but it is correct on many occasions. Murder and violence are acceptable on TV today: forms of hate. Sex and nudity are not: forms of love. That's a hypocritical situation if you ask me.
But it don't take much to get me by
So just booze me up and get me high

Agreed.

I am all for, make love not war...

But the rest of the world isn't...

So I have no problem with killing motherfuckers.

It's ridiculous. And it's not like I'm saying murder and violence should not be on TV either. I think it's a little overdone with how many violent action programs are out there, but at the same time I don't think they should be off the air either. That would be hypocrtical of me. It's just stupid and hypocritical to allow one and not the other, especially when the one that is not allowed is so much less harmful.
