Does anyone no what a nappy-headed ho is and how it is a racial slur? What was Sharpton famous for anyway? Accusing people of being racist, accusing incent white men of rape a few times and pretending to run for president. Is there anything else?

I agree it was dumb to call a kid a ho but to call him a racist and protest for his termination is slander.

Yeah it was a bad comment. But man, I think people are seriously overreacting. If only Al Sharpton would use that organizing skills to something more relevant facing the black community than what some old fart let slip on the radio; because I know I can think of at least a few that the black community should be up in arms about.

I will admit, it does seem that Imus is at least trying to move in the right direction. I still think he's a racist moron, but not because of this incident...

I also think he could turn this into a good publicity incident for himself if he gave those girls each a small scholarship...

So you think we should homogenize our culture... Maybe we should round up all the people we don't like and march them into ovens?

So we should automatically capitulate to SOME people? How do we choose to whom we capitulate? Perhaps some people are tired of not being tolerated... Perhaps some people are tired of traditional values, perhaps some people are anti-establishment...
