Simple explination here...

Black insults White = White retaliates thus becoming hated by community with minimal chance of recovery
White insults Black = Immedietly hated by community and having no hope for recovery
You know for being the "minority" they sure get the MAGORITY of the community moving with them

And I just need to know....how has Howard Stern still have his job after countless remarks yet Imus says one thing and he is gone? Anyone please explain that one to me

Can someone explain to me how "nappy-headed ho" is a racial slur?

I dunno if it's just cos "I iz British, innit?", but I completely fail to see how "nappy-headed ho" is a racial insult. Nappies are white, sure, sometimes greenish-brown if you like, and I'd personally take the insult to do more with, say, ugliness and that sort of thing.

But not racial.

Here's a good rule of thumb

If a black person sais it is a racial slur, then it is a racial slur. That's why only rappers and black comedians can say nigga because it isn't bad unless Al Sharpton sais it is. And Al Sharpton doesn't care about it because calling for a boycott of rappers won't help his personal political career.

Not quite, i remember watching Carlos Mencia and there was a discussion about this. Apparently blacks have the "right" to call eachother that because its a sign of brotherhood and comrodery. When a white says it...its a racial slur and is baaaaaaaaad joo joo, forbiden taboo
