British officials are concerned over some sensationalized reporting by the media on the recent car bomb attacks in London and Glasgow. Add this plot to the growing pile of half-baked terror plots carried out by patsies, dim-wits, and extremist individuals who are no way connected to Al-Qaeda.

They were still attacks carried out by radical Muslims. What difference does it make if it wasn't Al-Qaeda?

Everytime we give false credit to Al-Qaeda we strengthen them. We make them more powerful, and it inspires copy-cat acts.

You would think that America would have the resourses to bring groups like Al-Qaeda down. I think we are wasting far too much in Iraq when the real threats seem to lie elsewhere.

The problem is that there is no one to bring down... Any dumb-ass can blow shit up and claim that they are a part of Al-Qaeda. Next thing you know the morons in our government are giving the dumb-asses credibility by confirming that it was done by Al-Qaeda, and the news media spreads the bullshit all over the place...

We shouldn't even acknowledge Al-Qaeda's existence... We should not call them Terrorists, we should call them what they are, criminals... We should refer to criminal acts not terrorist acts... Otherwise we just empower all the dumb-asses.

What is worse is once the media gets a hold of the story, the American people start happily surrendering their freedoms, and submitting to illegal searches, and allowing cameras to be put up all over the place, and generally start being cowards...

We (the U.S. & UK) are suffering from Mass Hysteria... And the "Terrorists" are winning because of it...

But in addition I would say we should stop making it so easy to justify... If we stop waging illegal wars, and butting our noses in where it does not belong, we won't be attacked. I think if we are attacked we should respond with a swift and overwhelming fury, and be done with it. That fury should be focused ONLY on those who attacked us, it should not be used as a reason to justify the dismantiling of our own civil liberties, and bullying the world...
