 |  Powell on Leno I'm watching Powell on Leno right now and I have to say I'm amazed at what he is saying. He basically just said that Iraq is on the brink of civil war. He is being pretty honest. --- help me Instant Runoff Voting, you're my only hope --- There is little doubt that the world in general is more liberal than it was 50 years ago and beyond.
