No it is just offensive. My dad is not stern, because he is such a a liberal. He allows all the members of our family to make their own decisions. I love the military that is why I am joining and I love my country.

I'm only speaking of my personal relationships. If I had a child that joined the military, that would be that. I obviously failed as a parent and I would want nothing to do with them. I wouldn't be surprised if that is how his father feels to a certain extent (having failed to a certain extent). It would be VERY interesting if you could convince his Dad to join this board and voice his opinion since being a liberal and creating a conservative is a rare thing I'm sure.

That would also go for dating. I would never be involved with anyone who thought abortion should be illegal or was pro empirialism.

Don't worry about the grammar on these boards. Somedays we are drunk, tired, stacked up on vicodin, or whatever. I'm sure we all can figure out what people are saying even if the spelling is wrong.

I used to be a member of another political site when this one wasn't even online yet. Some members complained about my grammar...so I left the site.
