Foundit, as you can see from the tactics he uses here, he would simply dismiss any information from Franken just in spite of the fact that he is a liberal. When he turns on the radio to listen to him, he focuses on the fact that he is a liberal and not what Franken is actually saying, or the points and facts he brings up. And even if Franken does bring up undesputable facts that put a belief of his to shame; he would simply dismiss it as a "lie" or attack the source as being unreliable, as he has done many times on this forum. Thus is why he can not come up with any examples if he actually has listened to him.

And also, thus is why trying to debate with someone like him is rather pointless; because no matter what you say, he wont believe it in spite of the fact that you hold other political views than his.

You believe people are "phoneys", but you can't explain WHY people are phoneys.

Often, it's revealed that you just AUTOMATICALLY ASSUME negative things about people just based on what category they are in. Like "liberals" for example.
