2. The tribes that were present when "the white man" came across the plains had simply run off a different tribe some time before that.

3. There were not native American Indians ONLY in the midwest. This is further evidence of your ignorance! They were all across the continent.

Do you even have a point? There were Indians before there were white men in America. When the white man came the Indians eventually ended up on reservations. The Indians were in the mid west.
