Yeah I remember that, there was a big conspiracy theory going on a few months before the election, and everyone was saying that, that was how George Bush was going to get elected.

I don't think he will ever be found. I think he will die in hiding. If you remember the debates this year, Kerry made a big stink about Bush cornering Bin Laden but neglecting him handing the operation to "Afghan warlords." I'm not so sure if that's true or not. The fact is that military operations are so classified that no one, excluding those with clearance, really knows the state of the hunt for Bin Laden, if there even is one.
