I'm unconvinced that he is either alive or dead. That issue has to be cleared up first of all. Today this tape purports to be from him but from sometime in December.

There are currently betting odds on when this might take place. I wouldn't place my money on it. We need better intelligence. This snake has figured out how to elude capture. I would love to have his head on a platter but frankly, I'll be surprised if we ever get him. In any event his guards have orders to see that he is never taken alive.

The only way we will ever get him for certain is if we go into Pakistan and that is highly unlikely except for these occasional missile strikes.
