I don't think capital punnishment is wrong. Every government was put in power through God's will so whether the government is good or bad it is serving a purpose. We don't understand God's purpose in every thing, but we can have confidence that whatever government is in power (in whatever country) is there because it is supposed to be like that at that particular time.
