There are supremacists who are black, latino, jewish, arab, and everything else. There's no doubt about that, but that's beside the point, because their movement is pale in comparison to that of neo-nazis.

There's also no notable movement within the military of black supremacists. You're trying to equalize two unequal movements. If anything, most members of the Black Panthers and Rastafarians would refuse to join the military because it supports the cause of a white hierarchy.
