That still does not address the lies about a connection to 9/11 and WMD's. You are fixing the facts after the fact just like a good lapdog.
Saddam was connected to 9/11 in the same way that Hitler was connected to Pearl Harbor.

The point is that Saddam supported militant Islam and since it was thought that he had WMD, there was NO reason to assume that he wouldn't pass some of it on to OBL's network.

Well since there is NO CONNECTION between Saddam and Al-Qaeda I would say that it is a wrong assumption. And the UN inspectors knew there were no WMD's.

This war is in no way justifible.

They couldn't know that Saddam didn't have WMDs. To prove something like that, they would have to cover every square inch of Iraq, and that would only be the surface. As some people say, "you can't prove a negative."[/u]

Dude... Take a math class. You can prove a negative. And it's like a court of law, they only have to prove it 'beyond a reasonable doubt'. I think they clearly did that. Why do all of you republicans support this bullshit war so strongly? What do you get out of it? Do you secretly hate soldiers?

UN inspectors covered all of Iraq and knew there were no weapons because it knew the countries inner workings. That is why Hans Blix nearly shit a brick when Bush started lying.

The UN also did a good job with the Oil for Food program.

Corruption certainly can occur, but should we throw out the baby with the bath water? The corruption in America is pretty evident but I don't think it discredits the entire thing.

Bush certainly proved that the UN was not lying in regards to WMD's.
