Yep, we have a few Trader Joe's out here, Knotty. I don't shop there very much. But they do have some quality items.

There was one type of Samuel Adams beer, called the Imperial Pilsner. I discovered that during my tour of the Sam Adams Brewery in Boston.

I shopped at Beverages & More in San Diego after shopping at Borders. Sure enough, I spotted it easily. It is sold as a 4-pack for $9.99. The beer has quite a bite to it. It is not a clear beer, so I guess you can sense it looks foggy.

They used to do wine tastings....

My brother in law worked there, so we got great stuff, wine, cheese, etc.

Oh, hey, BTW, Zack and his team WON last night's football game, 14-12.

It was a very exciting game for Middle school football. And the team they beat beat them last year 48-0. So it was a big win for them.

Zack played the whole game, both offensive and defensive lines, and made 9 tackles. What a way to end the season!!!

All 48 minutes of football, Knotty? That's a lot of playing time. He played a very good game.

Yep. He sat out for only 1 play in the 4th quarter.

They were so cute. This was their first win, too. They worked so hard, and to beat Greenville, the second best team on the league, well, you can just imagine their feelings.

They were jumping all over each other. It was too funny.

We're doing a nice Sunday dinner tonight. The meal plan is:

Baked Ham w/pineapple-orange marmalade and brown sugar glaze
Country style green beans
Scalloped potatoes
Green salad w/Ranch dressing
Home-made honey wheat bread w/honeyed butter
Spiced apple iced tea
Orange Angelfood Cake
Fresh berry-mixed fruit salad w/whipped cream topping
