Inadequate, KOS? I just hope you have enough. You might just get a knock on your door at dinnertime.

I have no clue why you'd think that darling. I bet you put more time in fixing your meal then I did. All I had to do was sprinkle salt/pepper on the steaks, sprinkle some Old Bay Seasoning on the lobster tails, and throw them on the grill for a for a few minutes...Not to mention all I had to do was clean, cut up, and mix the potatoes with some onion soup mix and throw that on the grill. The only amount of time I spent on making supper was the dressing...A whole 5 minutes to make...And I cheated further by using bagged salad. ROTFLMAOL!!! Dessert was left-overs, and the tea was Lipton herbal tea bags...So supper was fast, easy, and pretty much non-work on my part.

By the way...If you get the chance, I want the recipe for your vodka sauce. Sounds yummy!!!

Heck, I'm wondering if she had left-overs and how hard it would be for her to air-mail it to me....

That's how hubby's going to be feeling soon enough himself...Had my appointment this morning...

Test came back fine, nothing wrong with the babies in regards to birth defects/serious health issues...But the bp isn't coming down so she's concerned. So my 'orders' now are bedrest and no strenous/exherting activities. I have an appointment next week with the heart specialists to have another monitor put on for a couple of weeks to monitor bp, stress/activity levels, etc...

I'm so not ready for this to be happening right now. Figured I'd have at least a couple more months before I had to 'retire'.

Well, I was on bedrest for 2 months. It sucks, but what you gonna do? The stress tests were a pain, had to take them 3 times a week. But really, no big deal. I look at that kid now, 3 years old and the cutest thing I've personally ever seen (I'm not biased in anyway) and that time doesn't even matter.

So far, she's not ordering the stress test. Just that the monitor will be keeping track of my bp, heart rate, etc. as well as I have to keep a log of my activities and times. That doesn't mean though, the heart specialist won't order one...

Basically, I was told either bed rest here at home or be put in the hospital where they'd tie me down to the bed to make sure I rested...

I opted for home. Hubby's getting my new prescriptions filled right now, so figured I'd sneak on-line a few minutes before he got home and chewed me out for being up.

Lobster tails???? Steak and lobster???? Man, I usually would pay $20 for the privilege, but now I have to use time travel to beam into Ali's house for this delicious dinner.
