And with that, he's back on ignore. I just wanted to see just what his 'excuse' was and see for myself how...unfamiliar...he really is around the kitchen.

And unfamiliar he is. No wonder the only thing he knows about cuisine is White Castles and Denny's...

And there's a difference between 'home-made' and 'store bought' items...Hence again, the need to specify WHICH type is being cooked/used in a recipe.

And what 'cheese burger' are you talking about? I saw you attach a title of 'hamburger' onto what you think you described...But let me point out everything that says nothing about anything being a 'burger' of any sort....

Ok, you say 'premium quality corn-fed Angus beef' right? Ok, what type of cut though? If you're talking about a burger, then shouldn't it be 'ground up premium quality corn-fed Angus beef'? Afterall, could be a steak for all we know...

Angus is a type of cow, not a particular cut...Serlion, cutlet, prime rib, etc...And like I said...Way you wrote it, one would assume it was a steak or roast you're talking about....Angus doesn't describe either whether it's ground up, sliced into steaks, cutlets, roasts, medallions, etc...

'Drizzled with puree of Italian dried tomatoes'...Again, it doesn't even begin to hint of 'hamburger' period...And are you talking ketchup or an actual puree of sun-dried tomatoes??? Cause ketchup is totally different then a puree of anything...

'Melted fromage Provencal' ??? You do realize you're mixing up two different types of cheeses there? One's a butter/cream cheese, the other is a yellow cheese? Also, since cheese toppings are pretty normal as a steak/roast topping, again it doesn't say anything about your discription being a burger...

Then let's not forget...You completely don't mention a thing about what type of a bun or if it's even served on a bun, to hint of anything other then a steak or roast dinner...

Me thinks that before you try pretending to make up menus about dishes, you need to study up a bit about what you're trying to throw together as a 'menu' period...

Cause you're just throwing cooking slang/phrases willy-nilly with no idea about what you're trying to slam me about... So you get a resounding '0' and 'F' on your posting of 'cheeseburger' there kiddo.
I agree with you about one thing Ali.

You're bored.

BTW how are the twins coming along?

Thanks for acknowledging your lack of knowledge in the kitchen. This little response shows me that you realize now just in how you err-ed in trying to make claims about my supposed writing style.

*Heads to the iggy feature.

Leave it alone, Gary. This is why others can't respect you on this forum. You go out of your way to make comments that seem to make people angry.

Right now, we're not sure when she'll get out. Seems one of the meds they had her on for rhumetory athritis, is causing her bones to break down. She's got multiple tiny fractures in her legs, pelvic bone region, tailbone, and lower spine...They said surgery is out, as it would cause more problems then fixing the situation. So instead they've got her doing therepy to help her get her legs/hip so she can walk a bit better.

Worse part is though, they won't take her off the medication causing the problem. Cause if they do, the RA will worsen?
Wish I could offer you some help there, dear; but I have no knowledge of RA. Still, best wishes to your mother for a speedy recovery and a return to "home-cooking".

Enquiring about her twins makes her angry??!?

Her behaviour epitomises rudeness.

If you read all the caustic comments Ali made just today you'll understand why she's not respected on forums around the world.

It was the comments about her knowledge of cooking and the fact that you seem to be trying to stir up trouble is uncalled for. Funny thing; though: I don't belong to forums around the world, so I really couldn't care what goes on in them. I read Ali's posts here on DTT, and I have great respect for them in content- and her as an individual.

Hmmm, interesting comment by Garysher...I think he's confusing what others think of him with me...Cause the boards I do go to, I happen to get along well with the majority of members on them. Both US and UK based boards.

So I don't have a clue what Gary's trying to make up there Nutty.

By the way, thanks for the compliment Nutty. I think you're good folk too and I always look forward to hearing your thoughts and opinions on any subject we've discussed together. (((HUGZ)))

Gary, stop asking. It's none of your business cause no one is going to give you information to troll me with on the yahoo boards with anymore. My friends know...And you're not even close to being a 'friend'.
