All you need is 1 cup Jello, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and a hand held blender.

Makes a great fruity-tasting milkshake. We use sugar free Jello and ice cream so as to not risk a sugar buzz.
Right now America spends $700 billion every year on foreign oil. That's our money going overseas when it could be staying here. We have to stop this.

Openfaced Pork Sandwich's on home-made Honey White Bread
Mashed Potatoes w/Gravy
Steamed Carrots
Green Salad and Tomatoes w/home-made Honey Mustard Dressing
Warm Tapioca Pudding w/Whipped Cream
Cranberry-Orange Punch

For tonight's supper, since it's Valentine's Day, I'm cooking a meal intended to seduce hubby properly...Like the old Southern saying goes...The best way to a man's heart is through his stomach. ROTFLMAOL!!!

Grilled Ribeye Steaks w/Grilled Mushrooms-Onions
Steamed Asparagus w/cheese sauce
Fully loaded baked potatoes
Chef Salad w/home-made Ranch Dressing
Home-made Whole Wheat Soft Kiaser Rolls w/honeyed butter
Black Forest Cake
Fruit/Cheese Platter w/chocolate dipping sauce
Lemonade

And yes, there's 2 desserts there...One that goes with the meal (the cake), and the other to be shared between hubby and myself after we get mom settled into her room for the evening.

Can I marry you for a day?

I do believe hubby would object...And as much as I adore you hon...I'm a one-man woman as well.

The good news is, my mother knows what I have planned, so she's promised to go to bed early and all I'll have to do is give her her meds after hubby is asleep. Mwhahahaha!

That is, after she eats supper as well...I'm not going to starve her and forget it's as much Valentine's for her as well as for hubby and me.

You seem to mess those up often. Do you have some kind of cover over your keyboard? I can't count all the times you have said you spewed coffee all over your setup. Sometimes more than once a day. I bet that area of your house is a mess.

Ahhh, the keyboard didn't suffer anything...It was in my lap, not on the desk.

I really need to learn not to open posts while taking a drink of coffee.

And not so much of a mess, considering I clean it up right away there FX. I'm sure you might know people that make messes and leave them...But I'm not one of those types of people.

I'm a neat freak to be honest. Even when I cook, there's no dirty counters or dishes...Cause I clean as I cook.
