Look at this way, Cubbie. When you post your recipes, you just post. When you cook with your recipes, you shop for ingredients, right? So when you shop for ingredients, I trust you have a store club card like Safeway's or Giant Foods, of whatever is in your area?

Baked Salmon Steaks stuffed with Crab, lobster, shrimp stuffing
Steamed fresh asparagus
Banana cream pie.
