No problem. I just put imitation crab on such recipes as it is cheaper for people to afford; as well as not needing to be seperated from a shell beforehand. I use it mostly because it is ready to go; although I much prefer real crab myself- but I'm a lazy man at heart. I don't believe in working one bit more than necessary at anything I ever do.

believe me I like easy.
My Uncle is a lobsterman and for what crab is worth to sell at market it's not worth it. (he would rather eat them) Usually every Saturday he shows up at my Parents house with a tote of them. I like cheap too

Oh my heart tears at the thought of not being able to beam myself into her Royal High Kitchen Enchantress's house for a luscious supper. * SOB *

Tonight's supper at the ballpark:

Baked salmon (with lemon and dill), baked from the previous night at my home
Salad (to be bought in the breakroom for $2.00)
Fruit cocktail (brought from home
Activia peach-flavored yogurt

Uh, is this excitement or what.
