Well yes, it's not just children who like video games! Go to any college dorm and you'll see grown men playing the latest Madden Football game. I'll probably still be playing games 20 years down the road.

Video games are corrupt these days. I've seen some pretty weird games too. I think some mild language might be alright for a game, but when it comes down to sexual themes and nudity, that's pushing it to far. But seriously, I've been playing those so-called corrupted video games for years (And still do!) and I turned out just fine. I'm not violent or overly vulgar. When playing a violent game like DooM or Quake or Half-Life or Metal Gear, it doesn't drive me to hurt anyone or anything. Choosing to be the Terrorists in Counter-Strike doesn't make me wanna go out and plant bombs. Playing Super Mario Bros. doesn't inspire me to go out and look for mushrooms! LOL

There is no direct connection between video game violence, and real life violence.

I never said that Harry Potter was geared towards the younger generations.
"Sex sells in the modern era." See, this is what im talking about, society is so perverted these days that they are putting sex into video games. Corporations wouldn't crumble if you took sex out of games, just add violence. Actually, remove some violence. Just make more Halo games, I don't care. This is why society is so corrupt these days.

But you assume that something made for 'children' cant be entertaining to adults too. Remember adults were children once in their life and I thikn its accually good for people to once in awhile get in touch with your inner child..it opens you up and relaxes you.

hardly, from what i saw you put nothing into saying anything about violence. I think violence on games like Mario Go Cart thingy are fine, and some other games i can't think right now. By removing sex and violence, corporations wouldn't crumble. Nintendo had less violent games in the 90's and they're still doing well, they have the least violent games and they are still one of the 'top dogs' for selling video games. You do not need sex and violence to sell a game. Oh, and i never assumed that somethings made for children couldn't be used by adults. I meant that...oh nevermind.

Yes Resident Evil 4 for the Game Cube wasnt violent at all
