Whew
Between the homophobic rantings of two members - and the anti-semitic rantings of another two members - this forum is turning into AryanNationLite.com.

Geesh.

What ugly stuff these new anti-semitic threads are to read through. No fun at all.

What's homophobic about saying homosexuality is a disorder? There is no more evidence humans are supposed to be gay than there is for the "other" deviant sterile "orientations. Unless you want to labeled a bigoted pedophilophobe or zoophilophobe.

AS for the Jewish threads....Just don't read em.

For some reason that avatar makes your posts sound stupid - no matter what you post. I demand you change your avatar right now to something more pleasant, and less stupid, to look at. Do it now, or.....I'm going to tell!

If that's the case, that means I can turn up the offensiveness to offset the stupidity. OD didn't like what I was gonna use as my next avatar. She said it made her hurl.

Fx, as it happens, I gave you kudos before the holidays for posting your honest-hearted viewpoint in a way that was not offensive. And I must say, from what I have been reading of you, you continue to write with raw candor and yet without the name-calling and vulgarity of one who is just on a rampage.

Your intelligence is demonstrated so well and your points worthy of reading. Don't change that...

As to Tristan believing you write offensively because your viewpoint is a harsh one, there would be no better way to convey what you think. You do well.

I do not personally agree with you. I do not group gay sex with the other deviant sexual activities that you list. But since you honestly do find it as reprehensible as that, it is your right to state it to be so.

It is Tristan's responsibility to the community he identifies with then to patiently attempt to correct your faulty viewpoint, to accept you for who you are, a misinformed yet civil and intelligent man who has some archaic ideas about gay sex.
Still Tristan takes my suggestions as kibbitzing.

Is that all anybody thinks about here is gay sex? Let's talk about Chelsea Clinton and shagging Paris Hilton instead. Are we not men? Well, some us of obviously are not (blow kiss to Oh Dear).

I think you menfolk ought to be able to talk all your shaggy stuff in pm's if you so choose, Pen. And that's pm's to other menfolk, not to yours truly.

OhDear

P.S. I wonder if there is a Hilton Hotel in Paris and if Paris Hilton ever stayed in the Hilton in Paris? Wouldn't that be amusing?

P.P.S. The above post-script is an example of what could be written in a pm.

Thanks for the compliment.

And where should I go to get the information that would convince me that homosexuality is "normal" enough to include under the "marriage" umbrella? I hate feeling misinformed.

Fx , upon further deep and thoughtful meditation on this very important social issue, I have come to the conclusion that two people who are gay who wish to commit to one another in a lifelong relationship ought to have that right, and be respected in it. But I do not any longer believe it is right, expedient to the whole of society, let alone even to the gay community to give that relationship the recognition that equals Marriage.

So I will pass on your question and let someone else enlighten you, if they can. Me, I am transitioning into a more conservative view of what ought to be established as the value system and how it present in our society. And do not believe that gay marriage, as equated with straight marriage is of generational benefit.
