As many of you are aware
My ex owes me considerable amounts in back child support.

The good news is he was finally located and arrested.

Seems Michigan makes it a felony to dodge child support payments, and since my case originated in Michigan, he has to face felony charges.

I don't know if I'll see anything, but at least he knows that he can't get off scott free.

And you'll eventually see something from it all. Including the intrest his debt has incurred during the years he hasn't paid. This debt will follow him well after ya'lls kids reach adulthood, and is collectible till the day you die.

You don't deserve it. Leave him alone! He needs beer money just like the rest of us. Besides, what involvement does he have with the children anyway? You two shouldn't have fucked in the first place.

Well, as the law reads in Michigan, you either pay what you owe or you go to prison (up to 4 years).

He's still in California, but they are swearing out a Governor's warrant for him, and he can't fight extradition with a Governor's warrant. They had someone from the Michigan AG's office drive all the way here from Lansing last week for me to identify a picture of him so they could swear out the warrant.

He's in pretty deep shit now.
