If you feel that beating someone is your only recourse to solving your problems, what makes you differ from a drug dealer who feels that this is his only way to make money to feed his children? A motorist who commits "road rage" because he was cut off in traffic?
Maybe I need to hear your definition of "weirding off", PN. "Weird" can be a description of anything you, I, or anyone does that someone else does not.
But I know tolerance has it's limitations. I just think that only in a case of self-defense would "beating the shit out of someone" have any place in civilized society.

Yes, I will change my position. The proper thing to do is to reach out to such people, provide them counseling, and even professional treatment if deemed warranted. After all, aren't their rights and personal freedoms the most important criteria to consider in a decent and nuturing society? And, who are we to define what is weird? We are all different in our own unique ways. To lose that recognition would further the decay of our nation and our very existence as civilized people.

Yes, one person's life is far too sacred to submit to such primitive behavior - let alone extinguish. We should just let the natural order of things show their hand, and, clean up the mess when this poor unfortunate soul decides to shoot up a clothing store or college lecture hall before he says goodbye.

I agree it's ridiculous but would tort reform stop massive corporations from using similar tactics to suppress small business? Like "Piano Hero", a free music program, that was threatened by the makers of "Guitar Hero" for infringing on their copyright. Or your inability to include "..'R Us.." in your business name lest Toys R Us sues you. Copyright law is written such that corporations feel they must squash ANY supposed 'copyright infringement' otherwise further infringements will be harder to fight. This leads to the suppression of new business using perpetual copyright as an excuse.

If M&M are ripping this man off, I hope he gets every red cent.
