Perhaps there should be a Monopoly game where all of the weight-loss names are on the gameboard: Weight Watchers, Slim-Fast, Lean Cuisine, Jenny Craig, Healthy Choice, etc. And yes, there is that "go to jail" card as well.

I can't believe he can sue - this is a huge waste of taxpayer money, and I hope the judge kicks him out of court.
