That she looks as ridiculously hickish as she does, even after spending all that money, is embarrassing. | Quote:

I have no interest in seeing Caribou Barbie naked... and I have never called her "hott." Can you say the same?

Money, I would like to point out, that was paid for with campaign money. That is a serious violation of campaign finance laws (cannot be used for personal use). The RNC said that it is going to go to charity, but I want to know is how they are going to give the $4,000 for hair and makeup to charity? | Just another reason to check the NO box on your IRS return for donating to the presidential campaign. |

| Sarah Palin seems to be the #1 choice of halloween costume for girls this year, especially the tarty Sarah version with short skirt, fishnets, high heels etc.
Meanwhile I'm looking for a moose costume

| Actually the money for her clothing all came from a single donor, who, when donating had that intention in mind.
Like it or not, Sarah needed clothing to be on the trail day in and day out, the campaign had already seen how Sarah has been attacked by the media for the most trivial of things, come on when the South Carolina Democratic Party Chairman, Carol Fowler, claims her only qualification is having not had an abortion; or when Florida Democrat Congressman Alcee Hastings can claim that, "Anybody toting guns and stripping moose don't care too much about what they Jews and blacks." Although how hunting and stripping a moose has anything to do with race is beyond me, but in the small little minds of the Democrats somehow it does.
If she had not had nice clothing and looked good on the campaign trail, that would have been even more fodder for our favorite networks:
NBC the National Barrack Channel
CBS the Country's Barrack Service
ABC the American Barrack Channel

| But $150k?? That's $32k more than the value of Joe the Plumber's house!
You have to admit it undermines her attempts to play Mrs girl-next-door hockey mum.
And it's sexist - why should only female candidates get $150k clothing allowances?
Do we only listen to women who dress nicely and look good? (that's a rhetorical question)
