Actually (I"m not Catholic, so I could be dead wrong here), isn't the requirement that you be declared a saint that you have performed a miracle? It doesn't have anything to do with the saint having great faith, does it?

I am making a huge mistake here, I know. I am not watching that youtube and I am not gonna seek out documentation online to verify that Mother Theresa was a "phony" per the accusations made. I am only gonna defend her.

Here's the thing. I am just gonna guess that the secular humanists who wish to trash her rep now, would not be so eager to do so had it been one of their own that they believe did not allocate the funds as the masses would believe.

I think folk wanna trash her name only cos she represents The Lord so much. And yeah, I am saying this as a wishy washy weak and floundering believer at all.

How come no one wants to keep anything sacred and think well of someone without always looking for dirt?

Personally, I count Mother Theresa a hero in humanity. And I am not gonna let folk tearing her down affect that place she has in my heart. Unless those who loved her most would share something, ya got nothin'. Why should I believe those who felt rivalled by her???
