I didn't see anything all that wrong with it. But hey, that's me. If we can have classes that claim to teach "tolerance", but based on "tolerating" only certain people, we might as well allow voluntary religious expression. I mean we are trying to teach tolerance aren't we?

It doesn't seem terrible, so long as it's recognized that it's the STUDENTS speaking. Otherwise i'd tend to agree that it's a supression of freedom of speech.
