I'm not afraid of anything. I've been through enough to know that I can handle anything that doesn't kill me. Tell me, are really saying that you believe that God sits back and arranges us all onto a chess board and has a hand in the way men have shaped the society we live in? You don't think that there can be a God that allows us to choose our destinies? Because there are still plenty of Hindus and Buddhists and Shintoists, and traditional Native Americans who don't worship the same God as you do. And there would be a lot more different kinds of beliefs if the church ahdn't done such a bang up job burning them at the stake and the like. You can call it a right wing conspiracy if you like, that wouldn't be my choice of words, unless I was referring to what the Republicans did to our country during the whole Monica Lewinsky debacle. I would call it a global initiative on the part of the Roman Church, yes, that sounds right.

Since your point seems to be "My god is better than anybody else's god because he has this great book people claim he wrote and lots of people who believe in him", I don't think I'm missing it in the least. I think it's a ridiculous point, and I think it's an inaccurate point, but if you had even a modicum of interest in having an actual discussion it might be a point worth debating. I find comparative religion and understanding why people believe what they do to be fascinating.

Again, you tell me to stop convincing people that my faith is better. This forum is called defending the truth. I believe that faith in Jesus Christ is the truth and the only truth, so I defend what I think is true. You defend what you think is true, and have every right to do so.

I do act like the Christian I claim to be. I haven't attacked your beliefs once. Actually, I don't know what your believe. Please don't judge me when you don't know me. I've not once insulted you with any names, remarks, or judged you based on incidents by people of your religion.
