Well, I suppose I like to rant. I think I have finally found something I like to complain about in this life. Religion! I don’t like these people’s way of spreading the gospel, so, I am making it my mission to spread the truth about the bible. That truth is, the bible is spreading hatred. Yes the bible in it’s awe inspiring wisdom teaches deviate hatred. However, you say that to a Sophist Fundie Drone who spews out religious rhetoric, and they’ll have a fit! “God is righteous,” they will scream, and have! When you have finally frustrated a Fundie they will damn you to hell. Ranking me right up there with the truly wicked!

So, lets dig into the bible itself, and discover the hatred that is being taught.

RAPE

Yes it is true that the bible reflects on rape a lot, and in one case that I’m aware of, God will assist a person in rape. So, here is the first verse.

If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her.

I don’t know about you, but there are several really key ideas why this verse is wicked. First of all, who in their right mind would FORCE a victim of rape to marry her attacker, and to top it all off, never be able to divorce him? 1st Hint: Women were treated like property! Secondly, it might be me, but other than paying her father money, where is the punishment for the rapist? That means I can go out find a beautiful woman who loathes me, rape her, then keep her in the end! Thanks God for that one! Finally, what about older women? I guess if you’re old and you’re raped, it’s not raped! However, I’m speculating about that concept.
