Its called making a "righteous" judgment....JUSTICE is represented as a "blindfolded" enforcer of JUDGMENT for a reason, JUSTICE is 'supposedly' passed without consideration of WHO is being judged while considering only the FACTS presented without concern of judgment from which SIDE presents these facts. These facts are weighed by a Jury of peers and a judgment passed in consideration of FACTS only. Today's system often passes judgment before a courtroom door has been breached..."POLLUTING" the jury pool where one is required and slanting the opinion of even the Judge who is to render the final verdict and "disposition" of the accused, who often is a "politician" that plays to the "bone" the media hype...to help him/her keep his "elected" seat on the bench, as he/she is "appointed" by the political machine that happens to be in power. This is not true justice...this is a sideshow presented for the 'entertainment' of the masses who have a 'preconceived' idea of guilt presented by all the 'media attention'....which presents OPINION as if it were Scripture carved in STONE.
