Let's see. Sex between people of the same gender.......homosexuality. That makes the guy a homoseuxal pedophile. There are heterosexual pedophiles also. Deal with it.

Heterosexuality and homosexuality deal with ADULT sexual attraction and ADULT sexual interaction.
Sex with children is PEDOPHILIA, regardless of gender.

As foundit has already put it, homosexuality, especially in the context of gay marriage, is sexual attraction to the same sex between consenting adults. Pedophilia is attraction to children regardless of the gender.

Even so, it has nothing to do with gay marriage and just shows the original poster's ignorance on the subject.

It most certainly does have to do with gender. The guy picked only boys to abuse. He wasn't indescriminate like you suggest pedophiles are. The facts speak louder than your spin.

I am right. He chose only males and he is a male. Therefore, logically the guy is a homosexual pedophile. If he had picked only girls he would be a heterosexual pedophile. If he had picked both he would be a bisexual pedophile.

No, he's a pedophile pedophile. Unless you give me evidence that he had sex with an adult male, then I'm willing to concede that he's homosexual.

I don't have to give you anything. If you want to ignore the facts, that's your choice. The fact is he chose only males. You can ignore the facts all you want.

You say he is a pervert for having sex with children of the same gender as he is. I say he is a pervert for having sex with children. This topic is related to gay rights and gay marriage only as much as heterosexual pedophilia is related to straight rights and straight marriage. In either case, the pedophilia is the problematic part.

Since pedophilia cases appear all the time, I find the interesting part of this case to be that this man is trying to justify his crime by claiming that it is part of his religion. The debate could then commence about whether the guarantee of freedom of religion allows him to do these things in his apartment.

Because of that, I would have posted it in the religion forum, but hey, it's not my thread.

That church that gets to use an illegal substance just because it is in their religion comes to mind.
