It Was Only A Matter Of Time...
Well, stupid but smart man.

How can you argue against his "religion" where he's supposed to be having sex with boys?

Religion is never a justifiable excuse to hurt someone else. This man is wrong to use his religion as an excuse to worsen the lives of young boys, just as some opponents of same-sex marriage are wrong to use their religion as an excuse to worsen the lives of homosexuals.

No. Ohio is always picked on. When ever someone from Ohio gets in the news, they're an "Ohio man", or "Ohio woman".

I think it's Drew Carey's fault.

What sort of fucked up religion allows for having sex with autistic children? No one should ever be allowed to do that.

Why is this in the "gay" section?

It should be in the religion section, along with all the other criminal issues that people try to hide behind "religion" on.

Like the priest who killed a child during an "exorcism", but hid behind "religious freedom".
Or the catholics priests who try to excuse their aiding and abetting of the criminal pedpohile activities.
Or polygamists who try to hide behind religion when they routinely abandon their male children in order to maintain the "one-man, many wives" community ratio.

The real root of this problem is not holding religion accountable when it violates the law, and ensuring that religion does not provide a privilege (or excuse) to break the law.

This is NOT a religious problem.

The nut-job is just a pervert who is claiming that he has started his own religion.

He's a pervert - having sex with children of the same gender as he is.

There's a difference between pedophilia and homosexuality. That's like calling hetrosexuals discusting because there are people out there that want to have sex with little girls.

And he appealed to the court, on the grounds that his acts are justified by his religion. Hence the questions of law in the appeal are the grounds of his religion. And therefore it is a religion issue. And although the argument can be made that it shouldn't be placed in the religion section, it's definetly more appropriate to place it in the religion issue than the gay marriage issue.
