Why Not Just Be-Head Them?
So... had these teenagers broken into, and trashed a Mosque, what do you suppose the Muslims would be doing to them - or calling for - right now?

Would the same acts of kindness be part of their behavior?

I think we know the answer to that question...

The glaring difference between Christianity and Islam. Christians forgive, Muslims kill. Don't believe me check out their own laws. Remember the outrage over the Dutch cartoons. Sometimes the truth hurts.

Conservatism, I repeat is not an ideology. It does not breed fanatics....But if you want men who seek, reasonably and prudently, to reconcile the best in wisdom of our ancestors with the change which is essential to a vigorous civil social existence, then you will do well to turn to conservative principles

Probably...and probably would not have had any added requirements attached to it like the boys have to come and worship with them and would have allowed the boys to return to the religion of choice...

You bet. Islam is a peaceful religion...they have yet to invade a nation which did not attack them...unlike the "Christian born again Christian" president of the US did to Iraq.

Hate-language...let me guess a Christian republican...right?

show me your proof of the religion of hate...show me where an Islamic leader invaded a nation which had not attacked it and killed and maimed hundreds of thousands and also tortured its people....all by an Islamic leader...who then occupied the nation to steal its oil and refused to leave when asked to on several occasions....I'll wait with anticipation on your numerous sources.

This post proves it: You are historically illiterate.

The history of Islam is a non-stop violent aggession and expansion. Period.

Do your homework before you come to the table!

Iraq invading Kuwait would be a start.
Iran-Iraq War would be another.

But nevermind... You've already decided what you believe.

First off, I'd like to point out that this church was trashed. Although there's usually a glaring difference between what happens after a Mosque is vandalized, there's also a glaring difference between trashing a church, and bombing a Mosque and killing people. If some members of this Church were killed, I highly doubt the suspects would be getting gifts instead of a "good-ole Christian" eye for an eye execution.

But to my main point,

There are forgiving and extreme people in all religions. If you look at history then Christianity was more brutal. But it doesn't matter. There's a misconception. Because people do those things in the name of their religion, doesn't mean it's a problem with that religion so much as it is a problem with those people. If people are extreme, then they're going to be extreme; religion is just a good tool for them to wrap around their extremities to try and provide justification, in their own minds, for what they do; and to control other people.

Iraq was a secular dictatorship. Saddam even modeled his rule on Stalin.

Yeah, Iraq is certainly proving out to be a peaceful "secular" country, isn't it?

They are murdering scum and you defend them. The country was invaded because Saddam was supporting terrorism. If you don't know that then you don't have a clue what you are talking about. Saddam's reign was terrror from day one. A long war with Iran, Invading Kuwait, murdering hundreds of thousands of his own people, paying Palestinians families for their children to blow themselves up, using the Oil For Food Program to scam the UN sanctions and fill his pockets while his people starve and go without medical care. Yes, yes, by all means, do tell us how mean and nasty the George Bush is for thaking out this thug. After all, we must remember, Bush is the enemy of America. Yes, yes, Let us not forget. Harumph, harumph.
