I have no problem with people being required to report their contacts. The reason the laws went into effect originally was because HIV/AIDS patients were horribly discriminated against - fired from their jobs, thrown out of their apartments, etc. I think - like affirmative action - it was a procedure put in place with the right intentions at the time ... but that the times have changed and the rules should be changed along with them.

You do understand that this is not new - right? You do understand that there have been various articles and reporting about this in the past 15 years - right? You do realize that nobody has broken any laws - right?
