I suspect that black women are asked the same questions. The issue isn't black women, it's the lying. Lying that could leave innocent people at risk, and then telling everyone and then, on top of that, rationalizing it. Rationalizing it by using black women is pretty low. I'm certain the Red Cross asks certain questions of everyone. HIV/AIDS is not the only risk. There are lots of other STD's as well and hepatitis.

*It is proven fact that, as a whole, homosexuals are promiscuous and average MANY sexual partners over their lifetime. Therefore, your chances are contacting AIDS is exponentially higher than other people.
*It is medically proven fact that the HIV/AIDS virus can lie undetected for up to 3 years.
