actually, foundit, it is handled differently. All HIV/AIDS testing is anonymous - reporting the finding to ANYONE other than the patient is illegal - and there is NOTHING to force that person to inform his former contacts...though there are laws that keep them from not informing FUTURE contacts after the testing.

I disagree with it. I realize at one time it was important for aids patients to remain anonymous - but not anymore.
