Actually, you've just proved how stupid and ignorant YOU are.
That is NOT what hate crime legislation is - in fact, REPEATEDLY, foundit has told you that it is not special sentencing for people who perpetrate crimes against homosexuals.

HOw many times do you have to have things repeated for you? Are you on Lithium or something? Are you insane? Or just stupid? Are you having a drug interaction from your mental meds? Because there is no other explanation for your intentional ignorance and dishonesty.
